MY HEART AF STORY & MISSION​

​​​

​I once was so afraid TO BE WHO I AM & disconnected from my true self,  that

I had a hole in my heart (literally & metaphorically).

IT WAS Moments before my heart surgery in 2010, 

THAT I thought to myself, "I can't die. I was never truly alive." 

That's when I realised,

"Shit - this hole time, I've been caged by my mind"

From then on, I was activated to intentionally embark on a deep heart-healing journey so I can break-THROUGH the walls that once kept me CLOSED, suppressed, guarded, un-full filled, you name it. From the stories and limiting BELIEFS (within my conservative culture & society's)that MADE ME feel ashamed, fearful, unworthy, unloved, and not enough to to BE who I am.

Ultimately, whatever that kept me from truly connecting,

FEEL-IN, loving and ultimately BEING…(IN MY HEART)

That's when heARTistic self-expression SAVED my ASS.

Basically, my heart pulled me towards writing, painting, dancing, music,  

in order to freely feel and express myself... something I never

allowed myself to experience prior!

 

IT WAS HEART-OPENING,

​To the point where it started shifting my fearful way of thinking, and enabled me to TRUST in myself and LIFE a little more... I started (hearing) & letting my BADASS heart Coeurageously lead me towards an unconventional path of truths, alive af experiences, desires & dreams I didn’t know I had deeply suppressed...

​

From QUITTIN' SCHOOL to LIFE UNIVERSITY, creatin’ heARTistic fundraising "dance your heart out" events to ‘pursuin’ a career in acting & stunts, to fast forward pandemic times: choosing to, embrace my fluid sexuality via coming out on youtube to my asian family,  stand in my truth by saying no to the v, travel to costa rica & sit w/ mother ayahuasca for the first time, to selling most of my sh!t and pretty much leave behind my past identity, life, acting/stunts career, to LEAP onto the “unknown” journey w/ no map as a digital nomad, now dope vibe branding & expression coach, heartist/heart af activator & facilitator… 

 

MY MISSION? GROW THE HEARTAF CONSCIOUSNESS…

[where we can lead from our heart & be who we are 

= heal the fearful world w/ OUR love frequency]
