MY HEART AF STORY & MISSION​

​I once was so afraid TO BE WHO I AM & disconnected from my true self,  that I had a hole in my heart (literally).

IT WAS Moments before my heart surgery in 2010, 

THAT I REALISED, "I can't die. I was never truly alive." 

That's when i thought, to myself,

"shit - i was living in my mind"

​

From then i on, I was activated onto a deep heart-healing journey to break-THROUGH the walls that kept me CLOSED, suppressed, And guarded. The stories and limting beliefs that MADE ME feel ashamed unworthy, unloved, and not enough. 

whatever that kept me from truly connecting, FEEL-IN, loving and ultimately BEING, who I am…

that's when, i started letting my BADASS heart Coeurageously lead me towards an unconventional path of truth, experiences, desires and dreams I didn’t know I had deeply suppressed.

[this time - no regrets]

From QUITTIN' SCHOOL to attend LIFE UNIVERSITY, to creatin’ artistic fundraising "dance your heart out" events, ‘pursuin’ a career in  acting & stunts, to coming out on youtube as sexually fluid to my asian family & travelling to costa rica during the pandmic, to selling most of my sh!t, and leaving behind my former career, and LEAPing onto the “unknown” journey  as a digital nomad,intuitive branding coach, to more recently a DOPE VIBE HEALER, heartist/heart af activator & facilitator… 

 

my mission? grow the HEARTAF consciousness…

 

With that said, through personaliSed creative HEARTAF activating experiences; Emotional Alchemy,  FREEstyle HeARTistic self-expression & Embodiment (ie. The True Warrior GODDESS archetype), Human Design, Astrology & Reiki, I intuitively guide

DOPE souls to GROW their HEART AF VIBE so they can breakthrough fear and STEP INto WHO they came here to BE.
